Ozona’s customer service department (CSD) combines the two key aspects to offering good support services: maximum technical knowledge and maximum knowledge of the customer (specialization and proximity).

 

Because of this, and based on compliance with methodological and management norms (ISO20000 certification), we have received a satisfaction rating of over 9 from our customers during the past 3 years.

 

We know that each customer has specific needs, and because of this, we have given adequate flexibility to our customer service department so that everyone is able to receive personalized support (different SLAs, 24×7 attention, preventative actions, etc.).
